The Inspiration Behind ‘Moments in Time’
Every piece in the collection represents a snapshot of a story, transporting the viewer to another time.
Some draw inspiration from the memories of places and experiences that stay with us long after we've left. Others celebrate the confidence and individuality found within ourselves, like ‘Into Her Power’, a painting inspired by embracing inner strength and the moments that shape us from within.
You'll also discover retro themed paintings inspired by the nostalgia and iconic style of the 1970s, alongside collaborative works that capture unique moments from different worlds. From the intensity before a Formula 4 race to ‘City Girls’, a collaboration with a streetwear brand which depicts two women exploring a new city together in the brands’ signature baggy jeans.
Although every painting has its own narrative, they’re all connected by a love of bold colour, expression and storytelling.

A Solo Exhibition at Hopton Hall Gallery
The collection will be exhibited for the first time at Hopton Hall Gallery, a beautifully restored contemporary gallery housed within a Grade II-listed Georgian building in the heart of Ashbourne, Derbyshire.
The exhibition marks an important milestone in my artistic journey after being selected as the recipient of the 2025 Peak District Artisans Young Emerging Artist Award. It also celebrates the opening year of Hopton Hall Gallery, a space dedicated to connecting contemporary artists with collectors in a unique historic setting.

Alongside ‘Moments in Time’, visitors can also explore the gallery's Portrait & Human Form exhibition, showcasing an inspiring collection of figurative works by local artists. Together, the two exhibitions offer a vibrant celebration of portraiture, storytelling and contemporary art.
