‘Fluorescent’ is an abstract portrait created by layering acrylic, oil pastel and metal paint markers in vivd cerise, rich plum and oranges, which is contrasted by hints of brilliant turquoise. Inspired by capturing the vibrancy of night life in the city, expressive brushstrokes are used to translate the energy and atmosphere of the scene.
